ประกาศรับสมัคร
ASJA JUNIOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2009
ส.น.ญ. ได้รับมอบหมายจาก ASJA (Asia Japan Alumni International) ให้เสนอชื่อบุตรหลานสมาชิก ส.น.ญ. เข้าร่วมโครงการ "ASJA JUNIOR EXCHANGE PROGRAM" จำนวน 6 คน เพื่อทัศนศึกษา และพักกับครอบครัวชาวญี่ปุ่น โดยจะเดินทางวันที่ 13 – 29 ตุลาคม 2552 ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้บุตรหลานสมาชิก ส.น.ญ. ได้ทำความรู้จักและเข้าใจในด้านต่าง ๆ ของญี่ปุ่น ตลอดจนส่งเสริม สัมพันธภาพอันดีซึ่งกันและกันระหว่างชาวญี่ปุ่นกับชาวไทยให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น โดยในปีนี้เปิดรับสมัครเด็กหญิง 3 คน เด็กชาย 3 คน อายุระหว่าง 13-15 ปี
จึงขอประกาศเชิญชวนท่านสมาชิกให้ส่งบุตรหลานสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้
1. หลักเกณฑ์ในการรับสมัคร
1.1 เป็นบุตร หรือหลานสายตรง (ปู่, ย่า, ตา, ยาย) ของสมาชิกสามัญของ ส.น.ญ.
1.2 กำลังศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (ม.1 – ม.3)
1.3 อายุระหว่าง 13 ปี ถึง 15 ปี (ครบ 13 ปีในวันที่ 13 ต.ค.52 และ ไม่เกิน 15 ปีในวันที่ 13 ต.ค.52)
1.4 บุตรหลานของครอบครัวที่เคยมีผู้ได้รับทุนนี้แล้ว ไม่มีสิทธิสมัคร
1.5 สมัครด้วยตนเอง พร้อมรูปถ่าย (รูปสี) 2 นิ้ว 2 ใบ, สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน และหลักฐานแสดงผลการศึกษา (ไทยหรืออังกฤษก็ได้)
2. คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
1. The applicant must be able to communicate in English
2. The applicant must be able to write in English, as the applicant must hand in an essay, a letter to their host families and a questionnaire after the program. These must be written in clear English, as the office will make documents at the end of the year.
3. The applicant must have the eagerness to learn the Japanese culture.
4. The applicant must have the willingness to try new things (Such as Japanese foods and cultures)
5. The applicant must have adaptable characteristics to changes.
6. The applicant must like cultural exchanges.
7. The applicant must be highly motivated to teach their culture to the Japanese people.
8. The applicant must be able to work in groups.
9. The applicant must have neat habits
10. The applicant must be in good health
11. The applicant must have the Characteristics to listen and keep rules of schools, host families and ASJA International.
3. การสมัคร
กรอกใบสมัครเป็นภาษาอังกฤษด้วยตนเองพร้อมหลักฐานตามข้อ 1.5 ณ ที่ทำการสมาคมฯ 1/7 อาคารสีบุญเรือง 2 ชั้น 2 ถ.คอนแวนต์ สีลม บางรัก กรุงเทพฯ 10500 โทร. 02-234-9396-7 โทรสาร. 02-234-3725 ปิดรับสมัครวันที่ 10 กรกฏาคม 2552 เวลา 17.00 น. (สำหรับผู้ที่อยู่ต่างจังหวัดให้ดูหมายเหตุข้างล่าง ข้อ 3 )
4. การสอบ
เนื่องจากภาษาอังกฤษจะเป็นภาษากลางสำคัญที่ใช้ สมาคมฯ จึงกำหนดให้มีการสอบข้อเขียนภาษาอังกฤษและสอบสัมภาษณ์ โดยจะนัดสอบข้อเขียนในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2552 (สอบข้อเขียนเวลา 17.00 น.) สอบที่ อาคารสีบุญเรือง 2 ชั้น 2 ถ.คอนแวนต์ แขวงสีลม เขตบางรัก กรุงเทพฯ 10500 โทร. 02-234-9396-7 (สุปราณี)
สอบสัมภาษณ์: วันอาทิตย์ที่ 19 กรกฏาคม 2552 ระหว่างเวลา 09.00 – 12.00 น. สอบที่โรงเรียนสอนภาษาสมาคมฯ สาขาพหลโยธิน อาคารพหลโยธินเพลส ชั้นที่ 16 (ชั้นล่างเป็นธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ขึ้นลิฟท์ตัว low zone) ห้องเลขที่ 408/65 ถ.พหลโยธิน พญาไท กรุงเทพฯ 10400 โทร. 02-357-1241-5 หากเดินทางโดยรถไฟฟ้า BTS สถานี : อารีย์)

หมายเหตุ
1. การสอบทุกอย่างให้ไปถึงสถานที่สอบก่อน 15 นาที
2. ผู้ที่คุณสมบัติไม่เป็นตามข้อหนึ่งข้อใดในข้อ 1 สมาคมฯ สงวนสิทธิที่จะไม่พิจารณาการสมัครในข้อ 3
3. เฉพาะสมาชิกที่อยู่ต่างจังหวัดยกเว้นปริมณฑลขอให้แจ้งเบอร์แฟกซ์เพื่อที่ทางสมาคมฯ จะแฟกซ์แบบฟอร์มให้กรอกและแฟกซ์เอกสารกลับมาสมาคมฯ ภายในวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2552 และนำหลักฐานอื่น ๆ มามอบใน วันสอบโดยต้องไปถึงที่สอบก่อนเวลาสอบ 1 ชั่วโมง

Required Characteristics of Attendant:
1. The attendant must be fluent in Japanese; She/he should be working in educational fields.
2. She/he should not be more that 50 years of age.
3. The attendant should like children and be good at communication with them.
4. As the attendant will also be staying with a family, she/he must be able to adapt to the situation/environment.
5. The attendant must have a strong sense of responsibility.
6. It is preferable if the attendant is enthusiastic about cultural exchange programs.
7. The attendant must be in good health.

1. An application form (with one photograph). Do not forget to write your email address or home address (email address is preferable)
2. Three photographs (3 cm x 4 cm)
3. Curriculum Vitae (C.V.)
หมายเหตุ Attendant จะได้รับสินน้ำใจที่จ่ายโดยสมาคมฯ วันละ 2,000 Yens
